    • What You'll Be Doing?

    As Warehouse Shift Manager, you’ll be at the heart of our operations, ensuring smooth, efficient processes while upholding our reputation for exceptional service. Your key responsibilities will include:

  • Managing a team of warehouse team members, taking responsibility for all people management activities throughout the employee lifecycle to drive improved performance and build a positive and motivated team where everyone is engaged.
  • Maintaining compliance with transport operator’s and driver regulations (and Warburtons Distribution training materials) ensuring continued legal transport operation.
  • Managing a team of warehouse team members to ensure agreed performance levels are achieved while maintaining high standards of customer service.
  • Working hours 4 on 4 off, days and nights

    • Essential Ingredients

  • Previous experience as a permanent or seconded Team Manager with experience in managing teams, coaching, and mentoring
  • Knowledge of Tachograph and WTD regulations
  • Good working knowledge of SAP, specifically the ERP module
  • Understanding of Health, Safety, and Environment and Food Safety Legislation / BRC standards
  • Detailed knowledge of distribution technology tools, including labour scheduling system; warehouse management systems and software
