Warehouse Shift Manager Morning Shift 06:00-14:00 £35,000 per annum DIRFT Crick NN6 We are looking for a strong Warehouse Shift Manager to work a fixed morning shift at a busy, clean, modern warehouse on the DIRFT area of Rugby. You will be supervising a small team of approximately 15 heads across the inbound, rework and outbound function. About the job: Manage shift staffing levels Completing morning team briefs - discussing performance, objectives and deadlines Ensuring the team have been inducted, trained and hold the relevant certificates for their job role Generate performance reports and hold staff 1-2-1's Promoting a positive working culture at all times The perfect candidate will have: A hands-on approach to management. A solid background working as a shift manager in a logistics environment Site Health and Safety knowledge Process driven, computer literate and a strong people person Previous knowledge of JDA/Blue Yonder WMS would be beneficial but not essential Previous MHE experience would be beneficial but not essential This role offers you: Accountability and the chance to put your stamp on the shift.
