Are you an experienced Warehouse Supervisor looking to work for a Global brand? The Warehouse Shift Lead will lead a team of Warehouse Operatives and Team Leaders to ensure customer orders are met on time and in full.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage a team of warehouse associates during assigned shifts.
• Coordinate daily operations including receiving, picking, packing, shipping, and inventory control.
• Monitor workload and allocate resources to meet productivity targets and service deadlines.
• Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations, company policies, and standard operating procedures.
• Train, coach, and provide feedback to warehouse team members to support skill development and performance.
• Conduct shift handovers and ensure accurate communication between shifts.
• Troubleshoot operational issues and escalate as needed to management.
• Maintain cleanliness, organization, and safety of the warehouse.
• Generate reports on productivity, errors, safety incidents, and staffing needs.

Requirements:

• Previous experience at Warehouse Supervisor/Co-ordinator/Lead level
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, physically demanding environment.
• Proficient with warehouse management systems (WMS) and basic computer skills (Excel, Word).
• Flexibility to work shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.
