My client is looking for an experienced Warehouse Leader to oversee a small team, including two supervisors, in a busy area of a home delivery furniture warehouse. The successful candidate must be able to lead from the front and be hands on when necessary. Shift pattern: 2 weeks on 0530-1400 & 2 weeks on 1400-2230 (rotational)

* Good communicator who's able to positively engage with team members and relevant stakeholders. * Excellent motivation skills; able to identify and address staff issues and concerns. * Must be able to lead by example and champion the values of the Company. * Must have good attention to detail and a passion to reduce errors and improve efficiency. * A hands on role - involvement in loading and unloading vehicles as well as management of the depot team. * Tenacious 'can do' attitude * Prides themselves on attention to detail * Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team * Ability to work to deadlines whilst prioritising workload * Positive outlook and behaviour * Travel will be essential to multiple depots to be involved with training as and when needed
