Role: Warehouse Performance Coordinator

Location: Peterborough, England

Salary: £32,000 - £35,000

We are partnering with a large, fast‑paced logistics operation that supports multi‑site distribution and construction‑related materials. As the warehouse continues to grow and raise performance standards, we are now looking for a Warehouse Performance Coordinator to strengthen capability across all warehouse teams.

This role is ideal for someone who enjoys developing others, shaping processes, and driving consistency across a busy multi‑shift operation. You’ll work closely with warehouse leadership to ensure colleagues are well‑trained, safe, competent, and able to deliver against operational KPIs.

What you’ll be doing:

• Deliver training across all warehouse functions, including goods‑in, picking, packing, stock, dispatch and equipment use
• Support onboarding and induction of new starters, ensuring strong role understanding from day one
• Conduct skills assessments, identify gaps, and deliver targeted coaching
• Support new process rollouts, SOP updates, and continuous improvement initiatives
• Use KPIs and performance data to highlight training needs and improve accuracy, productivity and consistency

What we’re looking for:

• Experience in a warehouse or distribution environment (current Warehouse Supervisors or Team Leadership will work best)
• Confident team coach with strong communication skills
• Understanding of warehouse processes, safety expectations and workflow standards
• Highly organised, proactive, and able to manage multiple priorities
• Passionate about continuous improvement and creating a “high‑standards” culture and comfortable with WMS use.
