Warehouse Operative - £12.21ph - Earls Colne - Temp to Perm

Are you looking for a long-term opportunity in a fast-paced, hands-on environment? We're working with a busy and well-established distribution hub in Earls Colne, currently seeking a reliable and physically fit Warehouse Operative to join their team on a temporary-to-permanent basis.

Please note: Due to the location, candidates must have a full driving licence and access to their own transport.

About the Role:

You will be part of the warehouse team, responsible for the smooth running of loading and unloading operations. This is a manual role that involves consistent lifting and attention to detail.

Key Responsibilities of the Warehouse Operative:

Unloading and loading of goods

Packing and preparing items for dispatch

Visual inspection of products

Identifying and reporting any faults or issues

Inputting information into in-house computer systems

What We're Looking For:

Previous experience in logistics distribution and supply chain environment

Confident using computer systems and updating records

Strong attention to detail and accuracy

Excellent communication skills - both verbal and written

Physically able to handle repetitive lifting

Must have own transport and a valid driving licence

Pay & Benefits:

£12.21 per hour

Monday to Friday, 8:00am - 5:00pm
