Know How Resourcing are seeking a dedicated and skilled Warehouse Worker to join our team. The ideal candidate will play a vital role in ensuring the smooth operation of our warehouse by efficiently managing inventory, handling materials, and supporting shipping and receiving processes. This position requires a proactive individual who is comfortable with heavy lifting and has a strong understanding of warehouse management systems.

Shifts:

9am-6pm

Pay: £12.21 per hour

Duties

* Operate warehouse equipment safely and efficiently.

* Pick and pack items accurately.

* Handle materials with care, including loading and unloading goods from lorries.

* Assist in shipping and receiving processes, verifying incoming and outgoing shipments against documentation.

* Maintain a clean and organised work environment to promote safety and efficiency.

* Conduct regular stock checks and assist with stocking shelves as needed.

* Utilise mechanical knowledge to perform minor repairs on equipment when necessary.

* Collaborate with team members to meet operational goals and deadlines.

PPE needs to be worn on the site.

Experience

* Previous warehouse experience is highly desirable, particularly in materials handling.

* Familiarity with warehouse management systems such as AS400 is an advantage.

* Experience in construction or similar fields is beneficial but not mandatory.
