Warehouse Operative – Raunds

Location: Raunds (outskirts, Northamptonshire)

Pay Rate: £12.21 per hour

Hours: 10pm – 6AM, Monday to Friday

Contract Type: Temporary to Permanent

Vital People are currently recruiting Warehouse Operatives to join a busy parcel distribution centre based near Raunds, Northamptonshire.

This is a fantastic opportunity for individuals looking for long-term warehouse work with the potential to secure a permanent position after a successful probation period.

Key Responsibilities

* Loading and unloading vehicles safely and efficiently

* Sorting and scanning parcels by postcode and delivery route

* Maintaining a clean, tidy, and safe working environment

* Working as part of a supportive, fast-paced warehouse team

Requirements

* Reliability and good timekeeping

* Physically fit and able to stand or move for long periods

* Team player with good communication skills

* Previous warehouse or logistics experience desirable, but not essential
