We’re recruiting enthusiastic Warehouse Operatives to join a leading food production company in Shoreham-by-Sea. This is a fantastic temporary opportunity to work in a busy environment with the potential of a permanent role for the successful candidate, where no two shifts are the same! Previous experience in a warehouse setting is essential. As a Warehouse Operative you will: Picking, packing, and preparing goods for dispatch Operating pallet trucks and manual handling equipment safely Loading and unloading stock from delivery vehicles Keeping work areas and warehouse clean and organised Conducting quality checks on incoming and outgoing products Labelling and storing items correctly for inventory accuracy Following food safety and hygiene regulations at all times Reporting equipment faults or stock discrepancies to supervisors This role is working day shifts on a 4 on 4 off rotation 7am-7pm.
