About the Role: We are looking for a reliable and hardworking Warehouse Operative to join our team in Newcastle. This role involves general warehouse duties as well as supporting our environmental and recycling initiatives to ensure a safe, efficient, and sustainable workplace.
Key Responsibilities:

Loading and unloading deliveries safely and efficiently
*
Picking, packing, and storing goods accurately
*
Maintaining a clean and safe warehouse environment
*
Supporting environmental duties, including recycling, waste segregation, and sustainability tasks
*
Operating warehouse equipment (training provided where required)
*
Following all health & safety procedures at all times
What You’ll Need:

Previous warehouse experience is an advantage but not essential – full training provided
*
A strong work ethic and attention to detail
*
Ability to work as part of a team and independently
*
Flexibility to work shifts if required
*
PPE required: High-vis vest and work boots (can be provided if needed)
