Warehouse Operatives

on behalf of a well-established and growing organisation based in Plymouth. This is an excellent opportunity to join a supportive team in a varied role combining warehouse operations, administration, and customer support. The Role: Coordinating equipment orders to be delivered, installed, and collected Checking and analysing orders, identifying, and reporting any discrepancies Providing telephone and email advice to clinical and social care staff to support effective TEC prescriptions Carrying out general administrative duties to support daily operations Assisting with selecting and recording appropriate stock for technicians Working with individuals who may be experiencing different vulnerabilities What We're Looking For: Experience working in a busy, fast-paced customer service or warehouse environment Strong attention to detail and accuracy Previous experience in administration, order processing, or workload scheduling A confident and professional manner when communicating via phone and email Stock management experience (advantageous but not essential) Competent IT skills, including Microsoft Office and the ability to learn new systems Hours & Pay: Hours:

Monday to Friday, 08:00am – 18:00pm Pay Rate:
