Salary:£26,000 to £28,000 per year + Monthly Bonus

Working Hours: Full-time, on-premises role

40-hour week(8 hours per day)

Working hours:7:00 AM to 4:00 PM, with an unpaid 60-minute break

Work hours may vary by mutual agreement to meet company operational needs.

Key Responsibilities:

Stock Management: Receive parts and goods from external processing, and accurately store them in designated locations.

Check the quantity and quality of stock upon receipt, ensuring conformance with specifications.

Perform regular cycle counts and collaborate with procurement to ensure timely stock replenishment.

Outgoing Goods: Load products for transport and verify packaging quality and quantities to ensure safe delivery to customers.

Fabrication & Assembly: Complete scheduled work, including fabrication, assembly, and packing, ensuring all tasks are finished on time and to specification.

Health & Safety: Maintain a safe working environment by adhering to all safety regulations and procedures. Report any unresolved unsafe conditions.

Monitor forklift (FLT) and racking safety, addressing issues as needed.

Wear the appropriate PPE and ensure others do the same.

Maintenance: Perform routine maintenance on machinery and equipment, and report any issues that cannot be resolved.

Reporting: Track and report daily KPIs, as well as any health and safety concerns or non-conformances.

Continuous Improvement: Contribute to process improvements by identifying inefficiencies and proposing actionable solutions.

Assist in updating and maintaining Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs).

Quality Assurance & Control: Inspect received items for damage and ensure they meet purchase specifications (quantity, item correctness, etc.).

Quarantine non-conforming items and raise non-conformance reports as necessary.

Inspect outgoing products to ensure they meet order specifications and are free from visible defects.

Ensure proper packaging to maintain product quality during transit.

Additional Duties:

There may be other duties as required to support warehouse operations. Requirements:

Experience in a goods-in/goods-out environment with a keen eye for detail in managing stock and paperwork.

Strong alignment with the companys values.

Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Experience implementingLean Principlesand exposure to5S.

Comfortable with manual handling and problem-solving.

Forklift Licenseis required.

A solid academic background with GCSE/A-Level passes in English and Mathematics.
