PM shift Payment per hour = £12.21 £10.75 per day PM shift bonus anything over 4 hours Night shift Payment per hour = £12.21 £19.69 per day night shift bonus anything over 4 hours Overtime Rate - £ 18.32per hour if over 40 hours per week has been completed. Role of a Warehouse Operative: Your main duties will be picking and packing using a pump truck, scanning products, transporting to dispatch, labelling and more.
