Role Overview: Technical expertise is not required for you to be successful with us as full training will be provided. Your primary responsibility will be to ensure that all hardware devices are processed and stored correctly. This will include wiping of information across a range of devices: laptops, PCs, smartphones and tablets. Key Responsibilities: Clean and sanitize IT equipment including laptops, desktops, monitors, keyboards, and peripherals. Perform basic testing and diagnostics to identify faults or issues. Ensure all equipment is handled safely and stored appropriately. Maintain accurate records of inventory, repairs, and refurbishment status. Follow health and safety procedures and maintain a tidy workspace.
