Warehouse Operative

Our client a rapidly growing organisation based in Basildon is looking for an experienced Warehouse Operative with both Counterbalance and Reach Forklift licenses to join their very busy team on a permanent basis.
The main focus of the role is to load and unload vehicles and containers, book in new stock and store in the correct locations within the warehouse. Using the computer system to update stock and deliveries. Other aspects of the role will be to ensure that the warehouse and company vehicles are kept clean, tidy and organised, report any vehicle issues and assist in the warehouse wherever you are needed.
The ideal candidate for the Warehouse Operative role will have:-
* Experience as a Warehouse Operative & Forklift driver (counterbalance) * Computer literate * Ability to work under pressure and to deadlines whilst multi-tasking * A "Can do" approach and a positive attitude to work * Great people and communication skills * Proven reliability and be hard-working * Due to location you will ideally need to drive
Hours are Monday to Friday, 8am - 5pm.
