About the opportunity: We are the internal recruitment partner for our client, a leading UK manufacturer. We have an exciting opportunity for a Warehouse Operative to join the team and support day-to-day warehouse operations, from receiving and inspecting goods to order fulfilment and dispatch. Working closely with the Warehouse Supervisor, you will play a key role in maintaining accuracy, safety, and operational efficiency throughout the site. Key Responsibilities: Receive and inspect incoming stock, ensuring accuracy and checking for any damage. Accurately label and record all stock movements. Organise and store inventory based on product groupings. Complete order picking tasks in line with SAGE pick sheets. Prepare pallets safely and in accordance with customer-specific requirements. Load and dispatch goods, ensuring accuracy and documentation of each pallet. Conduct regular stock checks and maintain accurate inventory records. Report discrepancies, damages, or hazards to the Warehouse Supervisor. Maintain a safe, clean working environment, adopting 5S principles. Requirements Experience in a warehouse operational environment. Hold a valid BENDI/Pivot Steer Licence (mandatory). Counterbalance (CB) Forklift Licence is desirable. Ab...
