Warehouse Operative Location: Kidlington Job Type: Permanent, Full-time Salary: £12.21 per hour (approx. £26,000 per annum, depending on experience) Working Hours: Monday to Friday, 7:00 AM – 3:30 PM or 8:00 AM – 4:30 PM (30 mins lunch), plus 1 in 3 Saturdays for 4 hours (6-10, 7-11, or 8-12) Contract Hours: 41.33 hours per week We are seeking a dedicated Warehouse Operative to join our team. This role is crucial for ensuring the efficient and effective control of both inbound and outbound warehouse parts stock, supporting the provision of excellent service to our customers. Day-to-day of the role: Inbound Stock Management: Verify all incoming stock deliveries against pack notes and promptly report any discrepancies. Inspect incoming parts orders for damages and record any issues. Accurately place inbound parts into their correct locations, ensuring all parts are properly labelled.

Outbound Stock Management: Pick customer orders accurately and swiftly to prepare for dispatch. Ensure that customer orders are placed in the correct delivery bay and guard against unauthorised removal of stock. Follow First In, First Out (FIFO) stock control management processes.
