Pay Rates: PAYE: £12.21 – £14.65 per hour PAYE H (Holiday Pay Included): £13.68 – £16.42 per hour

About the Role: We’re currently recruiting reliable and motivated Warehouse Operatives to join our growing team in Wellesbourne. This is an excellent opportunity to be part of a fast-paced, supportive environment where your contribution helps keep operations running smoothly.

Key Responsibilities: Assemble and pack products with accuracy and care Pick and process orders efficiently Operate warehouse systems to generate and print labels Prepare stock for dispatch Replenish inventory as required Use handheld scanners to maintain accurate stock records

What We’re Looking For: Ability to reliably commute to Wellesbourne (own transport essential) Basic English reading and writing skills A positive attitude and strong attention to detail Previous warehouse experience is desirable but not required – full training provided
