The Recruitment Crowd are currently recruiting on behalf of our industry-leading client based in the Bicester area. We are looking for multiple Warehouse Operatives to join the team. Temp to perm Hours:Monday to Friday, weekends available - 12/1am start! Pay Rate:£12.21 rise to £15.01 after 12 weeks Location:Bicester OX26 Job Type: Ongoing with an opportunity for permanent for the right candidate The role: Sort and organise incoming parcels accurately and efficiently based on designated routes and destinations. Operate conveyor belts, scanners, and other equipment to facilitate the sorting process. Ensure proper labelling and categorisation of parcels to prevent errors in delivery. Collaborate with team members to maintain a smooth workflow and meet deadlines. Identify damaged parcels and follow company protocols for proper handling and documentation. Assist in loading and unloading delivery vehicles, optimising space utilisation. Maintain a clean and organised work area to uphold safety and efficiency standards.
