Synergise Recruitment are on the hunt for Cold Store Pickers (specialising in meat prep) for our client in the Exeter area. This is a long term on going role or even a potential temp to perm for the right people. You can apply today and start tomorrow if you are available!
****OWN TRANSPORT ESSENTIAL DUE TO LOCATION****
Schedule:-
Days/Hours Sunday to Friday & 6pm until 2am (day off in the week)
Rate of Pay:- £12.21ph
Key Responsibilities:
Efficiently pick orders using handheld devices
Load and unload goods, ensuring correct handling and placement
Ensure items are packed securely for shipping, maintaining quality standards
Assist with shipping and receiving procedures, including documentation and inventory checks
Conduct quality control checks to verify order accuracy and product integrity
Maintain a clean and organised warehouse environment, adhering to health and safety regulations
Support stock replenishment activities as needed, ensuring stock levels are maintained
Requirements:
Not afraid to get stuck in and work as a team
Willing to learn new systems
Previous warehouse/picking experience essential
Strong timekeeping and a positive attitude
