Join a dynamic manufacturing team in Lancing as a Warehouse Operative focused on Goods In & Out. We're looking for someone who thrives in a fast-paced, hands-on environment. The ideal candidate will have previous experience of working within a warehouse or logistics. A valid forklift licence is preferred, but we’ll consider candidates with proven experience operating forklifts. As a Goods In & Out Warehouse Operative, your key responsibilities will include: Inspection and quality control Labelling and tagging Order picking Driving forklifts Dealing with deliveries and stock Requirements: Previous warehouse or logistics work Forklift licence or previous experience using one Health & safety awareness Excellent communication skills both written and verbally Benefits: 25 days annual leave + bank holidays Free onsite parking Pension scheme This is a full time permanent position based in Lancing, working Monday to Thursday 8:30am to 5:15pm and with a 3pm finish on Fridays.
