An established and growing business based in Welland, Malvern is currently recruiting for an experienced FLT Counterbalance Driver to join their warehouse/production team. This is a hands-on role within a busy environment, requiring both forklift work and general warehouse support.

The role will consist of: Operating a Counterbalance Forklift Truck Loading and unloading deliveries Moving stock safely around the warehouse Supporting picking, packing and dispatch Assisting with general warehouse and production duties Adhering to Health & Safety procedures at all times Requirements: Valid FLT Counterbalance licence Previous relevant FLT experience Own vehicle and transport (due to location) Reliable and hardworking attitude Ability to work independently and as part of a team This position is based on a day shift, offering competitive pay depending on experience.
