Warehouse Operative/Delivery Driver Role: To provide efficient and excellent customer service as part of the Warehouse team. Responsible for picking, packing of products for orders. This role will also include delivery driving to our customers on an ad hoc basis and general duties in the warehouse. Salary above £25,000 Reporting to: Operations Manager Responsibilities Picking, packing and collating of orders for customers Making sure all orders are labelled and stored correctly Complete necessary paperwork and use computer system when necessary. Checking of stock quantitys and dates as required. Loading of delivery vehicles when required, ensuring correct paperwork & quantitys Delivering orders to customers in a safe manner Unloading orders at customer ensuring product is in good condition and checking paperwork & quantitys Ensure delivery is signed for. Checking of temperatures on chilled goods. Weekly plan of cleaning vehicles & checks to be completed. Following goods return policy when bringing back product from customer Ensuring all areas of the Warehouse are kept tidy
