Warehouse Operative Afternoon Shift

Salary: £12.21ph- Increasing after 12 weeks.
Location: Rainhill Road, Washington NE37 3HU
Shift Pattern: Sunday to Friday (Working 5 days)
Hours of Work: 14:00pm - 22:30pm (Shifts will vary in length 7-10hrs)
This is a FULL TIME position. DO NOT apply if you are a student.
All applicants must be available to work on a Sunday and a Tuesday. If you are not available on these 2 days then please do not apply.
The role:
Sort and organize incoming parcels accurately and efficiently based on designated routes and destinations.
Operate conveyor belts, scanners, and other equipment to facilitate the sorting process.
Ensure proper labelling and categorization of parcels to prevent errors in delivery.
Collaborate with team members to maintain a smooth workflow and meet deadlines.
Identify damaged parcels and follow company protocols for proper handling and documentation.
Assist in loading and unloading delivery vehicles, optimizing space utilization.
Maintain a clean and organized work area to uphold safety and efficiency standards.
