Our client based in Belfast is currently recruiting for a Warehouse Operative/ Van Driver to join their team! This position will see you working within the warehouse preparing orders for delivery and delivering items out to clients. Position: Warehouse Operative/ 7.5 Tonne Driver Location: East Belfast Duration: Temporary to Permanent Pay Rate: £13.25 per hour Hours of Work: 40 hours per week - Monday to Thursday 7am- 4pm, Friday 7am- 12pm. There is a requirement to work every other Sunday (overtime is paid over 40 hours) Duties will include (but not be limited to): Picking & packing orders according to customer specification Loading delivery vans and ensuring orders are loaded correctly for delivery Building relationships with customers via face to face or telephone when placing orders Assisting customers with collection of orders as well as recommending products they may require for purchase Van driving duties Essential Criteria: Valid C1 license and 7.5 tonne experience Previous warehouse / customer services experience Computer literate Excellent communication and relationship building skills Motivated and highly driven individual Valid UK Driving Licence Have good geographical knowledge of NI Access NI check is essential Ashton Recruitment is acting as a Recruitment Agency.
