Loom Talent are delighted to be supporting a great client with the appointment of a Warehouse Operations Manager in Hertfordshire.

The role will be based with this strategically located Regional Distribution Centre that services and supports a number of other locations with the network. This is a senior role supporting the General Manager.

Here is an over view of the key responsibilities undertaken by the Warehouse Operations Manager:

Manage labour and overhead costs for operations to stay within budget targets through effective cost-control measures. Oversee compliance with standard operating procedures, health & safety regulations, and statutory requirements. Monitor and drive performance against agreed KPIs, ensuring productivity, picking accuracy, and service levels meet or exceed national standards. Maintain warehouse optimisation initiatives to improve efficiency and reduce operational costs. Ensure strong inventory management practices in collaboration with the Inventory Manager. Foster a culture of excellent customer service, promptly addressing any service or operational issues.
