The Role

The Warehouse Operations Manager will play a critical role in leading all activity across the operation within their field, whilst working closely with the site General Manager., based at their flagship site in Bedford.

This position is a truly exciting opportunity, with lots of autonomy for an experienced logistics & supply chain professional to be at the forefront of a rapidly expanding organisation.

Core Aspects of the Warehouse Operations Manager role:

End-to-End Supply Chain Management - Oversee the full supply chain process, ensuring efficient procurement, inventory control, and demand planning to meet business needs. Manage a team of circa x100 indirect and x8 driect reports. Optimise Logistics Operations - Manage warehouse, and distribution activities to ensure timely and cost-effective deliveries. Supplier & Vendor Relationships - Build and maintain strong relationships with suppliers, logistics partners, and key stakeholders to drive performance and cost efficiency's.
