We are looking for a Warehouse Operations Manager to join Team OB in our Chessington Warehouse. You will have extensive and accomplished team management skills and experience of coaching and developing team members within a distribution environment, this includes overseeing the goods in, put away, replenishment, stock control, picking, nightshift, and logistics teams. You will lead on specific projects to help make improvements to warehouse and logistics processes and systems, working collaboratively with a number of Support Office and Retail teams. Your priority will be maintaining high standards of health and safety compliance across the warehouse. Our Warehouse is based in Tolworth, near Chessington, only a 30-minute journey from London Waterloo and we have onsite parking.
