Warehouse  Operations Manager Location: London, NW6 (Primary), occasional travel to Ledbury, Herefordshire Job Type: Full-time, 12-month fixed-term contract (with potential to extend) Salary: £42,000 - £50,000 depending on experience Join our team as a Production and Fulfilment Operations Manager, overseeing and optimising our fulfilment and print production processes at our London Head Office and coordinating with our larger warehouse in Ledbury. Day-to-day of the role: Manage and supervise a small team in production and fulfilment tasks. Develop and oversee production schedules to ensure timely completion of print jobs. Refine warehouse and printing processes, identifying areas for efficiency improvements. Oversee shipments, ensuring accuracy and timeliness in order processing. Facilitate communication between locations regarding logistics, including coordination with our painting studio in Wuxi. Maintain accurate stock control for raw materials and finished products. Implement and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) for printing operations. Ensure compliance with fire rating and safety regulations for production materials.
