The Operations Manager will play a key role in helping our client’s business to continue to grow and succeed. My client is looking for an ambitious and driven candidate to join their team. Candidates must have full flexibility with hours as weekend working, and early morning starts will be required. Dependant on business needs this role will be working 45/50 hours a week, in busier periods it could be more and in quieter periods less. The role will be fast-paced and varied, getting involved and supervising in all areas of the business. The Warehouse Operations Manager Role Reporting to the Directors, you will be responsible for: Providing strategic leadership and direction for all operational activities, including warehousing, distribution, strategy, continuous improvement and projects. Overseeing daily warehouse activities including goods in, inventory control, picking, packing and dispatch.
