Warehouse Operations Manager Permanent, Full-time Please note: Working hours 11am-8.30pm, due to the nature of the business and shipments, flexibility is essential, and you may be required to adjust your working hours accordingly, for the needs of the business Supporting the business, to ensure the safe and efficient daily management of the depot, to motivate and develop the teams and reduce errors and avoidable cost to the business. This is a hands on role – involvement in loading and unloading vehicles as well as management of the depot In your role as Warehouse Operations Manager: Daily management of the depot customer, delivery service, ensuring all goods-in, goods-out, inventory replenishment activity is carried out in a timely and accurate manner Coaching, development and motivation of staff, ensuring all relevant HR policies are followed. Supervising of all staff on shift, Warehouse operatives and delivery drivers To provide effective support to the Transport Manager to ensure constant improvement in all areas of the operation.
