The Successful Applicant A successful Warehouse Operations Director should have:
Proven leadership experience supporting a multi-site warehouse operation, ideally with a track record supporting food distribution Ability to develop and implement operational strategies effectively Build engagement and performance through upskilling, and succession planning Ability to tactically support management teams, as well as contributing to the SLT
