Our client, based in Portishead, have a fantastic opportunity to join and lead their warehouse team. Full-time, Permanent Portishead, Bristol up to £38,000 (DOE) Are you a natural leader who loves getting stuck in and keeping things running smoothly? Do you enjoy motivating a team, improving processes, and delivering great results? If so, this could be the perfect next step for you! We're looking for an experienced Warehouse Manager to lead our busy Portishead operation.
This is a hands-on role where you'll oversee the day-to-day running of the warehouse while inspiring your team to perform at their best. You'll work closely with our Operations Manager and other departments to make sure every order leaves the warehouse on time, safely, and accurately. We're passionate about continuous improvement — and we'll encourage you to bring fresh ideas, challenge the status quo, and help us find smarter ways of working.
