Our client, based in Portishead, have a fantastic opportunity to join and lead their warehouse team. Warehouse Manager

to lead our busy Portishead operation.

This is a hands-on role where you'll oversee the day-to-day running of the warehouse while inspiring your team to perform at their best. You'll work closely with our Operations Manager and other departments to make sure every order leaves the warehouse on time, safely, and accurately. What you'll be doing Lead, coach, and motivate the Warehouse Team to deliver great results every day. Oversee all

goods in/out , stock control, and inventory accuracy. Monitor performance against

key KPIs , ensuring efficiency and consistency. Collaborate closely with Operations, Sales, and Service teams to keep everything running seamlessly. Promote a strong

health & safety culture , maintaining a clean, safe, and professional warehouse. Implement and champion new ideas that make a real difference to people, processes, and performance. What we're looking for Proven experience in

warehouse management

or a

senior supervisory role . Strong leadership skills — confident, hands-on, and people-focused. Solid understanding of

warehouse operations, stock management, and KPIs . Excellent communication and problem-solving skills. A collaborative, customer-focused mindset. Confident using IT systems such as
