Warehouse Supervisor / Manager Location: Portishead, Bristol Hours: Full-time, 40 hours per week (Monday to Friday) Salary: £30,000 – £38,000 per annum (depending on experience) About the Role We're looking for a proactive and hands-on Warehouse Supervisor / Manager to take ownership of day-to-day warehouse operations. This is a hybrid position, combining practical, on-the-floor leadership with key administrative and coordination responsibilities. You'll play a vital role in ensuring smooth goods in/out operations, stock accuracy, and excellent service delivery — leading by example to maintain efficiency, safety, and team morale. Key Responsibilities Lead and support daily warehouse operations including goods in, picking, packing, and dispatch.
