Are you an experienced Warehouse Manager looking to work for a rapidly growing global brand? The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing the day-to-day operations of the warehouse, optimizing processes, and leading a team to ensure productivity, safety, and customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage all warehouse operations including receiving, storage, order fulfillment, inventory control, and shipping.
• Lead, train, and evaluate warehouse staff to meet performance, safety, and productivity goals.
• Develop and implement warehouse policies and procedures to improve efficiency and reduce costs.
• Maintain accurate inventory records and conduct regular cycle counts or audits.
• Ensure compliance with safety regulations and maintain a clean, safe work environment.
• Monitor performance metrics (KPIs) and implement continuous improvement initiatives.
• Oversee the maintenance of warehouse equipment and infrastructure.
• HR management processes across the warehouse team

Requirements:

• Previous experience working in a Warehouse Managers position
• Proven leadership and team management skills.
• Solid understanding of warehouse management systems (WMS), inventory software, and best practices.
• Strong organizational, analytical, and problem-solving abilities.
