Key Responsibilities Lead and manage the warehouse team, ensuring productivity and efficiency targets are met

Oversee the receipt, storage, and dispatch of goods in line with company procedures

Manage stock control, including conducting regular audits and maintaining accurate records

Ensure health and safety standards are met and adhered to across all warehouse operations

Implement and monitor operational processes to maximise efficiency and reduce costs

Coordinate with logistics and supply chain teams to ensure timely deliveries and minimise disruptions

Train, mentor, and develop warehouse staff, fostering a culture of teamwork and accountability

Prepare reports on warehouse performance, stock levels, and operational issues for senior management

Skills and Experience Required Proven experience in warehouse management or a similar supervisory role

Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and develop a team

Excellent organisational and time management abilities

Good understanding of warehouse management systems (WMS) and Microsoft Office

Strong communication skills with the ability to work collaboratively across teams

Knowledge of health and safety regulations within a warehouse environment

Forklift licence (desirable, but not essential)
