A North-West London-based recycling company seek to recruit an experienced Warehouse Manager to lead the companys operations. The Manager is to oversee a variety of operations, ensuring department targets are met and productivity levels remain high and efficient. The successful candidate will also be responsible for people management including; hiring, training, planning, assigning daily duties, coordinating and practical input of all Warehousing and Yard operations including the efficient receipt, storage and dispatch of a wide variety of products to customers and other businesses within the organisation and be able to carry out performance reviews. This is a full time permanent position. Responsibilities: Overseeing day-to-day warehousing operations for a busy recycling collection business, covering everything from goods in to outbound. Recommending measures to improve quality of service, increasing efficiency of all departments and staff work performance. Establishing and adjusting work procedures to meet company demands. Provide leadership by establishing clear expectations and demonstrating high standards of work practices, health, and safety. Administrative duties as required to ensure daily KPI performance is achieved.
