Job description • Implementing new procedures to improve warehouse efficiency, monitoring key performance indicators (KPI's) to track warehouse staff performance • Train and supervise warehouse staff, including scheduling shifts and assigning tasks, carrying out daily briefings to communicate back to P&L Manager • Ensuring projects leave HQ in a timely manner with all requirements completed in advance - asset log, certification, Core asset management system • Being responsible for incoming and outgoing logistics, including hazardous goods and customs dealings • Ensuring the accuracy of stock holdings, working with P&L Manager to ensure CAPEX/OPEX figures are correct • Accountability of asset management system, ensuring all assets are tagged, logged and tracked to the correct location • Ensuring equipment is maintained on a scheduled basis - inspections, services, function tests - taking ownership of the quarantine and write off process • To attend operational meetings and be the point of contact in regards to project equipment and the asset tracking software • To attend QHSE meetings, maintaining safe working practices and ensure your team adhere to the Health a...
