We’re looking for an experienced and hands-on Warehouse Manager to take the lead at the busy Luton Distribution Centre during a crucial trading period. This is a maternity cover role where you’ll be responsible for keeping operations running smoothly through peak - managing a team of 22 warehouse operatives, 4 drivers, and working closely with a trusted 3PL partner. This is not a desk-only role. You’ll be visible on the floor, leading from the front, driving performance, and ensuring that stock flows efficiently from inbound to outbound, with customer deliveries hitting OTIF targets. You’ll also have the opportunity to identify and implement process improvements that keep the distribution operating at its best.
