New position - Warehouse manager you will be reporting to the Airfreight Director, you will lead the day-to-day operations of our busy warehouse. You’ll ensure the safe receipt, storage, and dispatch of goods while maintaining the highest standards in productivity, safety, and customer service. Key Responsibilities Oversee all warehouse operations, ensuring timely and efficient workflows Lead, motivate, and develop the warehouse team to achieve performance targets Monitor and improve operational practices, resolving issues and identifying trends Maintain compliance with Health & Safety and aviation security regulations Safeguard all property and maintain a secure working environment Plan deliveries and collections to meet customer schedules and service standards Manage stock control, conduct regular stock takes, and resolve discrepancies Optimise resource use to manage costs and maximise return on investment Implement and improve technology solutions to streamline processes Produce accurate performance reports and statistics for senior management Maintain a clean, organised, and safe warehouse and yard environment Collaborate with facilities to address building maintenance and improvements Continuous Improvement Work with the management team to enhance operational efficiency
