Warehouse & Logistics Operative/Driver

Our client based in Wimborne is looking to recruit an experienced Warehouse & Logistics Operative/Driver. This is a varied position combining warehouse operations, stock control and local delivery work. You will play a key role in ensuring customer orders are prepared accurately, dispatched efficiently, and delivered professionally.
Key Responsibilities
Warehouse Operations
Picking and packing customer orders
Preparing goods for dispatch
Managing goods in and goods out
Supporting annual stock taking

Logistics & Deliveries
Carrying out local deliveries within local area
Completing delivery documentation accurately

Equipment & Maintenance
Basic maintenance of warehouse equipment (forklift, ladders, roller shutters)
Supporting fleet maintenance checks

What We Are Looking For
Essential
Full UK driving licence (required)
Willingness to learn forklift operation (training provided)
Comfortable with manual handling
Good English (reading, writing and speaking)
Good numeracy skills
Computer literate (Word, Excel, Outlook)
Reliable, organised and proactive

Desirable
Previous warehouse or logistics experience
Forklift experience (not essential)
