What the role entails:

Oversee all warehouse operations from goods in and storage to picking, packing, and dispatch.

Ensure high standards of accuracy, safety, and efficiency across all activities.

Manage inbound and outbound logistics, optimising routes, transport costs, and supplier performance.
*
Lead, develop, and motivate a dedicated warehouse and logistics team.
*
Collaborate with manufacturing, procurement, and customer service to keep things running smoothly.
*
Use data and systems to plan, monitor, and improve performance.
*
Identify opportunities for cost savings, process improvement, and space optimisation.
*
Maintain compliance with HSE and quality standards.
