We are currently recruiting for a

Warehouse Logistics Team Leader

on behalf of our client based in

Tonbridge, Kent . This is a

permanent position with an immediate start , supporting the Shift Managers in a fast-paced, multi-channel logistics environment. Key Responsibilities:

You will lead a team within a 24-hour warehouse operation, ensuring efficient day-to-day running of logistics functions including

Inbound, Inventory, Outbound , and

Reverse Logistics . This hands-on leadership role includes people and performance management, health and safety oversight, and supporting shift administrative tasks. Requirements:

Minimum

1 year+ warehouse experience , ideally within a

Retail or Multi-Channel

environment

Proven

Team Leader

experience in a warehouse setting

Experience working on

operational shifts

in a fast-paced, 24-hour logistics environment

Familiarity with

health & safety ,

people management , and

performance management

Ability to operate across all logistics functions: Inbound, Inventory, Outbound, Reverse Logistics

Forklift licence/experience

required

Strong communication and team leadership skills

Organised, proactive, and performance-driven
