Role: Warehouse Line Manager

Location: Luton

Hours: Monday to Friday, 37.5 hour week

Salary: £40,000 - £45,000, dependent on experience

An excellent opportunity has now arisen for an experienced Warehouse Line Manager to join a well-established client based in Luton

Duties of a Warehouse Line Manager:

Lead, motivate, and support a team of warehouse operatives Allocate tasks, manage schedules, and monitor productivity Maintain high health & safety standards, including 5S practices Drive continuous improvement initiatives using lean principles Communicate effectively across departments and management levels Train and develop team members, including performance reviews Resolve operational issues related to orders, logistics, or quality Ensure compliance with company policies and industry regulations Provide performance reports through the tiered reporting system What we would like from you:

Proven leadership experience in warehouse operations Strong communication and stakeholder management skills Experience in lean processes and continuous improvement Knowledge of health & safety regulations Proficiency with Warehouse Management Systems (WMS) Intermediate Microsoft Office skills (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) Resilient, calm under pressure, and solutions-focused Automation experience is a strong advantage If you are interested in this role, please apply below with your most recent CV.
