As Warehouse Lead you will play a key role in the day to day running of our warehouse, providing an efficient and effective service. This role will contribute ideas for process improvements to maximise outputs to support the growth of the company.

Your Role

Plan and communicate the work schedule for the day for the warehouse team, overseeing work to ensure all tasks and orders are met.

Liaise with the wider Invivo teams and prioritise the warehouse workloads accordingly to adapt to changing circumstances and to run as efficiently as possible.

Making up clinical test kits and booking them into stock ensuring there is always appropriate supply to meet the customer demand.

Accurately pick, pack and process customer orders, ensuring they look presentable and are safe and appropriate for the onward journey.

Using internal computer systems to monitor stock, incoming orders, outgoing customer orders and companywide communication

Ensuring that all orders are dispatched in a timely and efficient manner.

Receiving, checking and packing away incoming stock orders. This includes entering relevant lot numbers and expiry dates onto our stock management system, ensuring 100% accuracy.

Ensure the appropriate storage of stock whilst managing stock rotation for supplements and clinical test kits.Ensuring expiry dates are constantly monitored and picked and packed on a FIFO (First In First Out) basis.

Carrying out stock takes on a timely basis and investigate any discrepancies

Monitoring Invivo Supplement stock on hand in HQ and ordering in where required stock from third party storage.

Keep the warehouse neat and ensure that areas are compliant with health and safety and left tidy. Recycling is encouraged where possible.

Reordering warehouse consumables in accordance with need and demand, ensuring adequate but not excessive supplies at all times.

Over label supplement bottles as and when required.

Raise awareness, suggestions and concerns to management team to ensure any issues are identified and rectified as quickly and efficiently as possible.

Manage pallets on-site ensuring stock is correct and accessible

Pick and pack bulk orders on pallets ensuring stock is packed and wrapped correctly and safely

Deliver any other ad hoc activity or help other departments as requested.
