Reports to Sales & Operations Manager

Job Purpose

To maintain inventory management (stock and non-stock), including but not limited to goods inwards and dispatch ensuring a good quality of throughput is met. This is a proactive role where the post holder will be expected to have a can-do attitude, work well as a team and experienced in inventory software and databases. Oversee the day to day warehouse operations, including shipping, goods in, inventory control and other related tasks. Responsible for ensuring the safe, efficient and accurate handling of materials and products to support production and customer requirements.

Duties and Responsibilities

Inspection of incoming parts (goods inwards) to ensure correct quantity received, part number/description correct and there is no transport damage Booking in the above parts as goods inwards on Orderwise Ensuring correct stock movement to correct person/s Inspection of outgoing parts (dispatch), checking for correct packaging and labelling and dispatch documentation Maintain a clean and safe working environment for the Building D3 Supervise daily w...
