Warehouse General Manager | Suffolk | Retail / 3PL

We are seeking an experienced and General Manager to lead operations at a key site supporting a national retail network. The site plays a critical role in delivering a variety of goods to stores and online customers across the UK.

Key Responsibilities:

Oversee all distribution centre operations including inbound, inventory, order fulfilment, and returns.

Lead a team of warehouse operatives, team leaders, and supervisors, ensuring high levels of engagement, safety, and performance.

Manage seasonal peaks across spring, summer, and holiday trading periods.

Maintain accurate stock control over a wide SKU range

Ensure timely and accurate fulfilment for both retail replenishment and direct-to-consumer orders.

Deliver on SLAs, safety, and compliance expectations, especially for perishable and regulated goods.
