Pickles Recruitment are hiring! We are seeking an experienced Warehouse Operative / Forklift Driver to join our clients busy chemical plant in Trafford Park. Fantastic opportunity with a reputable company.

Hours: Monday - Friday 8:00am - 4:00pm

35 hours working weekly.

Role Purpose:

* To meet customer requirements by operating plant machinery and equipment to manufacture/blend and pack a range of products as specified by the Company

* To ensure all products are created in a safe and efficient manner adhering to COMAH policies.

Main Responsibilities:

* Creating product to specification and timescales provided by business requirements, storing as per instructions.

* Performing all process plant operations according to working instructions in line with the companies Health & Safety Policy.

* Highlighting any potential risks to Health and Safety (processes, behaviour or machinery) and ensuring these are logged in an appropriate manner.

* Ensuring the working environment is safe for all.

* Ensuring quality of product is at the required standard and waste is kept to a minimum.

* Understanding impact and behaving in accordance of COMAH site regulations.

* Responsible for safety and security of the plant.

Qualifications/Requirements:

* Counter Balance Fork Lift Truck licence.

* Good literacy and numeracy skills.

* Bendi Fork Lift Truck licence.
