We are looking for a Warehouse First Line Manager to join our Dunelm site in Stoke. You’ll be responsible for leading your team to achieve business goals through focusing on continuous improvement and promoting a team-based culture. Full time, permanent position with an ‘any 5 from 7’ day shift pattern, typically Sunday to Thursday or Tuesday to Saturday. Hours of work 14:00 – 22:00. Pay, benefits and more

What you’ll do on a typical day
Take full responsibility for day-to-day running of the warehouse area, leading, motivating and developing the team to achieve targets. Proactively support the site and customer continuous improvement initiatives, acting as an advocate for cultural change. Understand Health & Safety, ensuring operational processes comply with policies and escalating risks. Communicate with all stakeholders to understand customer and company requirements, incorporating them into planning and reporting tools.
What you need to succeed at GXO
Proven track record as a team leader/first line manager in a fast‑paced warehouse environment. Ability to lead, develop and manage a team, recognising success and identifying development areas. Adaptability in a rapidly changing and fast‑paced environment. Excellent people skills.
